Embrace Serenity: Begin Your Journey in Srinagar:
Welcome to Kashmir. On arrival, you will be greeted by Trek Valley Travels representative / Company driver and transferred to hotel in Srinagar, check into the hotel and later in afternoon, sightseeing of the renowned Mughal gardens [Shalimar bagh (built by Jehangir for his wife empress Nur Jahan), Nishat (built by Asaf Khan, the brother -in- law of Jehangir in 1632 AD), Chesmashahi] located on the banks of the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the backdrop, the gardens have a serene beauty. Also visit Shankaracharaya Temple (Around 950 years old), Famous Dargah Hazratbal & Old city (Around 800 years old).
Rest of the evening will be free for leisure. Overnight stay in Hotel.
From Tranquil Waters to Majestic Peaks:
After breakfast leave for Kargil, by visiting Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold), Cross Zojila pass, Drass Village(2nd Coldest Inhabited place in the World). Enroute have a magnificent view of Kargil War Famous Peaks(Tiger, Tololing) and reach Kargil by evening. Overnight Hotel in Kargil.
Beyond Boundaries: The Epic Voyage from Kargil to Leh:
Morning after Breakfast leave for Leh, enroute visit Mulbek (Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain), Fotila Pass and Namkila Pass, Lamayuru (the oldest Monastery of Ladakh) and Moon Landscape. Arrive Leh enroute visit Magnetic Hill, cover confluence of Indus and Zanskar River near Nimoo, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara and Hall of Fame. Reach Leh by Evening. Overnight Hotel.
Recharge and Reflect: A Restful Day in Ladakh:
An important factor during Ladakh Trip is acclimatization. Acclimatization refers to getting used to high altitude conditions when you are traveling around destinations in Ladakh. You should at least spend first night in Leh to getting used to the conditions.
Journey to Tranquility: Leh to the Stunning Pangong Lake:
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass (17,350 ft.) (third Highest Motorable road in the world.) Arrival at Camp. Later free time at leisure to enjoy the color changing lake and the sunset on the banks of lake. This place was made famous by the Bollywood blockbuster 3 Idiots. Overnight luxury camping on the banks of Pangong lake.
Back to Leh: Reliving the Magic from Pangong Lake:
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of sun rise on Pangong lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh. Overnight Leh Hotel.
Spiritual Sojourn: Discover the Mystique of Leh’s Monasteries:
After breakfast, visit famous places in Leh Hemis, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, Stok Museum and Rancho school. Time to visit the places is between 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM
Crossing Horizons: From Leh to the Enchanting Nubra Valley:
After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla pass (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft). Straight drive to Turtuk village for a full day sightseeing, newly introduced for tourists in Leh where you can enjoy camel Safari in Sand Dunes with the famous Double Humped Bacterian Camel safari in Hunder and then. Later Overnight in Organic Camping at Hunder Village.
Explore the Desert Wonders: Hunder to Diskit and Back to Leh:
After Breakfast drive and explore Diskit, There’s a beautiful Monastery here, visit Dalai-Lama House. Later drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. In the evening head to Shanti Stupa. Shanti Stupa is a Japanese Pagoda which offers sweeping view of the Leh Town. You could also visit Leh Palace in the evening.Overnight Hotel
Immerse in Culture: A Free Day to Explore Local Markets:
Take rest for the day and later in the afternoon do some shopping for souvenirs and gifts in one of the many Tibetan Markets.
Farewell to Leh: A Fond Departure from the Heart of the Himalayas:
After breakfast, travel to Leh Airport to board your flight. Go back home with some happy memories from the trip.
